Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be incorporated into counselling sessions for clients who are interested.

I’m trained in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, which is a gentle, indirect style of hypnotherapy. The client is always in control during this process and can choose to come out of hypnosis or trance at any time.

This method of hypnotherapy, in combination with counselling, can be especially beneficial for improving sleep, reducing stress, and shifting mindset.
