Past Life Regression
Experiencing past life regression can harness the lessons learned in past lives and bring them into the present. This may even help with breaking repeating patterns aren’t serving us in our current lives.

Note that past life regression hypnotherapy is something I offer which is separate from counselling. While some people may find past life regression and integration therapeutic, it is not meant to be a substitute for counselling or therapy. It is meant for entertainment purposes only.
What to expect in a past life regression session
The session will begin with relaxation before beginning hypnosis to bring you to the state needed to access a past life. There will then be time given for you to view parts of this past life as well as integrate the experiences and lessons learned in that lifetime.
To end the session, I will gently bring you out of hypnosis and there will be time to discuss your experience should you choose to do so.
Ultimately, you are in charge of the session. What this means is the past life that you explore is the one meant for you to explore at that time. We trust that the unconscious mind will bring to the surface the past life that will benefit you in the present.
FAQ
Q: Why does a past life regression session last so long?
A: The sessions usually last 90-120 minutes because it takes time to get to a deep enough hypnotic state to access past lives and it also allows for time to come out of this state at the end of the session.
Q: Since the sessions involve hypnosis, does that mean I won’t have control over what I do?
A: No, even though you will be in a trance or hypnotized state, you will still be in control of what you do and can choose to come out of hypnosis at any time. My role is to create a safe space for you to have this experience, but you are in control the entire time.
Q: Can I choose the past life or timeline that I access during the session?
A: While you can set an intention for the session which may bring up the past life or timeline you were hoping for, it doesn’t really work that way. Usually there is a past life that will come up and end up being exactly what you needed to access at that time.
Q: How many past lives will I get to view during my session?
A: Most often just 1 past life is accessed during the session, but sometimes it can be 2 or 3 past lives. More isn’t necessarily better when it comes to moving through past lives in a regression session. There is usually much that can be learned from just one past life.
Q: What if it doesn’t work on me? What if I’m not able to access a past life?
A: Sometimes a past life can’t be accessed. One possible reason is that for some reason you are not meant to access a past life at this time, your unconscious mind may be protecting you. Maybe you aren’t ready for the lessons that the past life would show you. While, this can be frustrating, this isn’t a process that can be forced. If a past life can’t be accessed during the session, you will only be charged for the portion of the session used which means you will still experience relaxation and hypnosis.
Q: Is there anything I should do before the session to prepare for the past life regression?
A: There is nothing that needs to be done to prepare for the session but there are some things that can help you to have the best experience.
-try to get a good sleep the night before the session
-don’t come to the session under the influence of drugs or alcohol - you want your mind to be as clear as possible
-come with an open mind, our thoughts are powerful :)
Q: Can my session be recorded so I can listen to it afterwards?
A: Yes, you are welcome to record the audio during session. I leave this choice up to my clients, some like to record the session on their phones.
